Shipping Policy

1. By sending an order confirmation, you agree to pay the price of the selected products and fixed 15Euro value of the transport costs.

 

2. Delivery to address: selected in the order process after filling in the exact address, names, postal code, preferred delivery date and additional instructions.

 

3. The delivery of the goods is made by a representative of poppyfigue.eu.

 

4. The term for delivery of goods ordered through the online store poppyfigue.eu is up to two working days after receiving confirmation from the customer. Prices for deliveries within the Republic of Bulgaria are fixed and depend on whether the order is addressed to the customer's address or to the office of the courier company.

 

5. Cancel order and return

You can return products purchased from us without a reason for return within 14 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
