1. General conditions

These General Terms and Conditions are a legally binding agreement between poppyfigue.eu store (store) and users (you) in connection with the services offered by poppyfigue.eu. By browsing the pages, clicking on the objects or links located on the pages of poppyfigue.eu, you agree, accept and undertake to comply with these Terms of Service. poppyfigue.eu is a registered trademark of Bio Baby EOOD.

2. About the confidentiality of your data

poppyfigue.eu processes and takes measures for protection of personal data of users in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act. Users agree that poppyfigue.eu Bio Baby Ltd. has the right to process their personal data in connection with the use of the services of the website. In order to serve you and fulfill your orders, it is necessary to accept the following data:

  • name and surname
  • e-mail
  • contact phone
  • address for invoice and delivery
  • postal code

Subsequently, you have the opportunity to correct this data from your personal profile. The data we will receive when ordering, registering or browsing the pages will be used only for your service – receiving and executing orders, subscribing to news, contacting you in case of problems with the order and improving the service of poppyfigue.eu. We guarantee that this data will not be provided in any form to third parties.

Access to personal information: you may request a report containing all the personal data we hold about you – contact us at office@poppyfigue.eu.

Right to be deleted ("right to be forgotten"): if you want to remove your personal and other data from our store, please contact us at office@poppyfigue.eu.

3. The order

An order can be made both by creating an account in the poppyfigue.eu system and by a quick order, which does not require an account, but data for delivery are filled in. Each order of a product or service through the system of poppyfigue.eu is associated with an obligation to pay by your chosen method of payment. We accept orders 24 hours a day, also on weekends and public holidays.

4. Prices

All prices are in EUR with VAT included. The prices of the products are shown without the delivery price, which you can find out about from the delivery section of the site or get information about it in the order process. The prices of products with discounts for quantities of the type of "Price when ordering x pieces" are valid only for online orders of the respective quantity.

5. Problems in the execution of the order

Although we strive to execute all orders accurately, the execution of your order may be hindered for any of the following reasons:

  • We do our best to have stock and update stock in a timely manner, but it is possible that some of the ordered products are not available; in this case we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or email.
  • You have provided incorrect or incomplete delivery details – names, address, phone, postal code. In case of discrepancy between the received and ordered products or inaccuracy due to our fault, we will bear the costs for the subsequent return and replacement of the non-conforming products.

6. Payment

Orders are paid at your choice, according to the method specified in the e-shop. We currently offer one method of payment: Payment on delivery – upon receipt of the order, you pay the courier (cash on delivery by postal money order).

7. Delivery and receipt of products

  • By sending an order confirmation, you agree to pay the price of the selected products and the indicated value of the transport costs.
  • Delivery to address: selected in the order process after filling in the exact address, names, postal code, preferred delivery date and additional instructions.
  • The delivery of the goods is made by a representative of poppyfigue.eu.
  • The term for delivery of goods ordered through the online store poppyfigue.eu is up to two working days after receiving confirmation from the customer. Prices for deliveries within the Republic of Bulgaria are fixed and depend on whether the order is addressed to the customer's address or to the office of the courier company.
  • Cancel order and return: due to their nature, the products sold in poppyfigue.eu are NOT subject to return.

8. Disputes. Alternative dispute resolution

The competent body for consumer protection in Bulgaria is the Consumer Protection Commission with address: 1000 Sofia, 4A Slaveykov Square, 3rd, 4th and 6th floors; tel.: (02) 980 25 24; fax: (02) 988 42 18; hotline: 0700 111 22; website: www.kzp.bg. In case of disputes regarding obligations arising from contracts for online sales, in which no agreement has been reached, you can refer the dispute to the bodies for alternative dispute resolution (ADR) under the terms and conditions of Article 181a et seq. of the CPA. Additional information on alternative consumer dispute resolution can be found on the website of the Consumer Protection Commission at https://kzp.bg and in the online dispute resolution platform ODR.

9. Content and copyright

The Website contains copyrighted materials and texts, images, graphic logos, graphics, trademark logos, databases and software that are owned or licensed by poppyfigue.eu and are protected by Bulgarian and other applicable laws and conventions on copyright, related and other intellectual property rights. The reproduction of the content of the website and/or any of its elements is prohibited without the express written consent of poppyfigue.eu.

10. For the products

The information and products on this site are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health problem.

The customer must be aware of the precautions for use before using the products and observe them for any use of products of Bio Baby Ltd.

Bio Baby Ltd. is not liable for damages caused by misuse of any of its products or non-compliance with the precautions for use and the health and safety conditions when using our products.
